Preston Smith

Preston (he/him) is a queer writer and editor based out of Los Angeles, California. He holds an MA in English literature and a Professional and Technical Writing Certificate from Wright State University. He has poetry and fiction published in a number of literary journals/magazines and his journalist bylines include The List, Fuzzable, and CelebMix. His debut poetry chapbook, Red Rover, Red Lover, released from Roaring Junior Press in 2020. Some of his interests include fairy tales, mythologies, astrology, and space.


He is currently working on two poetry manuscripts (one about the life and death of Joan of Arc and the other about his queer life experience[s]) and a story collection of reimagined fairy tales.
